All Pressure senders are designed to work with VDO gauges only, unless otherwise noted. Senders are matched to gauges according to maximum reading on dial face. All senders are standard ground (sender case to common ground).
VDO senders have tapered threads and DO NOT require the use of Teflon tape or pipe sealant. This will interfere with grounding causing incorrect instrument readings.
VDO pressure senders are not to be used with any type of fuel application.
VDO pressure senders may not be used in automotive braking systems.
VDO pressure senders are not suitable for use in aircraft.
